Inside a 100 year-old printing building, the installation and retrofitting of structural steel to accommodate 32,000 SF of new clean room laboratory space. An extremely demanding and exacting project involving specialized hoisting equipment and unique construction methods. The Crescent Building, as it was more recently known, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
